In an effort to promote mental health and wellness, our school is excited to launch the "Mindfulness Mondays" program starting this semester. Every Monday, students will participate in guided mindfulness sessions led by certified instructors. These sessions will include activities such as meditation, breathing exercises, and mindful movement, aimed at reducing stress and enhancing focus. Additionally, the program will offer workshops on nutrition, sleep hygiene, and emotional regulation. By prioritizing mental well-being, we hope to create a more supportive and positive school environment for all students.
